The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing various projects within the Global Mobility department, such as;
- Reviewing the current processes and policies which are in place
- The positioning of global mobility within the firm to ensure there is high need awareness of project assignments
- Ensuring legal compliance, and the awareness of the importance of legal compliance etc - setting up communication plans to achieve this, and rolling them out.
- Employee engagement; "Remain connected project" - making sure employees abroad stay connected through every stage of on-boarding through to repatriation.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership and managing projects from start to finish in line with the Global Mobility Strategy
- Planning projects and producing project overview reports
- Engaging with stakeholders and keeping them informed of projects at all times
- Producing and delivering presentations and facilitating workshops
The ideal candidate will:
- Ideally be educated to degree level
- Have relevant working experience within Global Mobility
- Have strong communication and presentation skills in English and (Dutch or French)
- Be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office
- Be proficient in other IT tools and Project Management methodologies: Sharepoint, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma
