Project Manager Global Mobility Job in Zaventem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium

The successful candidate will be responsible for organising and managing various projects within the Global Mobility department, such as;
  • Reviewing the current processes and policies which are in place
  • The positioning of global mobility within the firm to ensure there is high need awareness of project assignments
  • Ensuring legal compliance, and the awareness of the importance of legal compliance etc - setting up communication plans to achieve this, and rolling them out.
  • Employee engagement; "Remain connected project" - making sure employees abroad stay connected through every stage of on-boarding through to repatriation.
Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership and managing projects from start to finish in line with the Global Mobility Strategy
  • Planning projects and producing project overview reports
  • Engaging with stakeholders and keeping them informed of projects at all times
  • Producing and delivering presentations and facilitating workshops
The ideal candidate will:
  • Ideally be educated to degree level
  • Have relevant working experience within Global Mobility
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills in English and (Dutch or French)
  • Be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Be proficient in other IT tools and Project Management methodologies: Sharepoint, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma
