Role responsibilities include:
- Define, Plan and Deliver core project deliverable to ensure achievement of business benefits.
- Ensure that the project produces and delivers all in scope deliverables, to the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and cost.
- Ensure the project deliverables are capable of achieving the benefits stipulated in the agreed project plan.
- Monitor and manage project risk and issues and initiate corrective action/escalation where necessary.
- Manage and monitor effective project change control
- Develop and manage the project budget and expenditure.
- Establish effective relationships in order to facilitate achieving the required deliverables and schedules.
Experience required:
- Strong experience in the preparation and presentation of Business Cases
- Strong Insurance/Banking background is preferred
- Significant experience managing medium to large application software acquisition/build and implementation projects with adherence to PRINCE2 framework.
- Experience working on PCI compliance upgrade.
- Experience in the implementation of systems similar to personnel management and performance management
- Strong stakeholder management skills particularly with senior executives and non-technical business manager
- Experience managing suppliers and vendors particularly outsourced project delivery
- Expertise in running and evaluating substantial tenders/select quotations for services
- Experience in communicating and working with business and other non-technical teams
- Strong understanding of business change management
- Desirable experience in Microsoft Dynamics
