Head of Operations Job in Amman Jordan

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for managing the company’s activities and day-to-day operations by driving sales and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals and objectives
  • In addition to acting as the formal Representative of the company,  the person in this position is responsible for overseeing the company’s Human Resources and Finance departments, promoting the company’s products and services and securing funding and revenue sources
  • Oversee design, marketing, promotion, delivery and quality of programs and services at the company 
  • Oversee the entire lending process, including the initial application and review, underwriting, approval or denial of the request and the disbursal of the loan
  • Ensure the maintenance of a healthy loan portfolio with low delinquency level
  • Promote the company’s products and services through the development of written articles and through personal appearances at press and other media conferences as well as promoting the company to local, regional, national and international constituencies
  • Drive sales through the elaboration of effective product innovation techniques and customer service activities
  • Promote and develop the company’s services and drive sales through personal connections and networking
  • Build a network of point-of-sales throughout Jordan
  • Develop competitive and attractive products in the market based on the consumer trends
  • Monitor competition and suggest alternatives to respond to competitive business initiatives
  • Develop yearly budget and manage the company’s resources in concordance with budgetary constraints and develop financial plans, review activity reports and financial statements
  • Ensure the execution of strategic goals and objectives of the organization
  • Identify and secure revenue sources, establishes strategies to approach funders, submits proposals and manage administration of fundraising records and documentation
  • Effectively monitor management of the company’s human resources and evaluates performance of Executives according to established personnel policies and procedures
  • Monitor the establishment and implementation of the company’s various processes and procedures as well as provides the necessary approvals
  • Act as the formal representative of the company at legislative sessions, and committee meetings
  • Present reports to the Management Committee on a regular basis and abide by the policies, procedures and decisions set by the Committee
  • Extensive experience in Credit Management (Preferably in retail consumer credit)
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking / finance industries
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields
