What you’ll do
Manage Large-Scale Paid Search Campaigns:
Take ownership of all aspects of campaign management for your paid search accounts to meet or exceed forecasts and goals. Scaling accounts where available while maintaining the agreed CPA
Manage and optimise assigned paid search accounts derived from best practice guidelines, including structure changes, bid management, bid strategy implementation and keyword analysis
Work closely with the global acquisition team and external agency to assist with the optimisation of paid search accounts
Budget management of assigned accounts to ensure spends are paced evenly
Increasing conversion rates and quality scores through continuous testing and optimisation of ad and landing page creative
Construction of tailored ad creative, and landing pages through our content management system Sitecore
Conduct regular performance reviews with your manager to discuss strategies and opportunities
Launch accounts in new geographies where required
Reporting and Analysis
Streamlining and managing campaign reporting through Analytics 360 and our analyst team to assess the performance of all campaign activity through to revenue
Compiling and sharing performance reports globally
Implementation and maintenance of tagging and tracking to ensure data quality
Continually seek growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and data analysis
What you’ll bring
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or similar in marketing / advertising is advantageous
Knowledge, skills, experience
Minimum two years’ experience working on complex and large scale paid search accounts either agency or client side using Google and Bing Ads (Specifically, on accounts with significant budgets)
Experience working with analytics, tag management and bid management platforms
A strong track record of scaling paid search accounts while maintaining efficient CPA’s
Experience using bid management platforms such as Search Ads 360 or similar
Experience troubleshooting and resolving campaign performance issues within search accounts and platform tracking issues
Ability to manage large monthly media budgets
Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks against business value
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical skills
Keen team player, proactively engaging stakeholders
Positive mindset, highly motivated with a passion for online marketing
