Senior Legal Advisor Job in Beirut Lebanon

Job Requirements:

  • Follow up on legal matters related to the entities and activities of the Group in Lebanon and in the region
  • Legal and juridical actions falling within the normal activities of the Group
  • Responsible, at the request of superior, of the files in Lebanon and the region and specifically drafting of contracts
  • Internal consultancy services in order to prevent legal and fiscal risks
  • Direct the maintenance of the regularity of the company’s registers and supervises the redaction of contracts and their good interpretation
  • Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to legal issues in management, taxes and employment contracts and their formation
  • Direct and participate in restructuring studies or any problem related to employees, budget cuts, fusion and any sort of external participation
  • Ensure the coordination between the Group and his lawyers in Lebanon and the Middle East in accordance with the Group’s guidelines
  • Draft legal consultations and advises related to companies law and labor law
  • Follow-up of Files related to Human Resources: drafting of notices, contracts, end of contracts, etc.
  • Follow-up of files related to Real Estate in Lebanon (Mortgage, registration of real estate etc.)
  • Ability to gather, analyze and diverse information skillfully 
  • Ability to solve practical problems and to deal with a variety of concrete variables to provide efficient solutions for all problems faced
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in work and to exhibit sound and accurate judgment if needed 
  • Ability to meet commitments, providing good service and assistance in response to clients requests and needs
  • Ability to take responsibility for subordinates’ activities, to inspire respect and trust and to lead them to achieve goals
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work activities, develop realistic action plans and statements and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to complete tasks on time or notify appropriate person with an alternate plan, to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
  • Ability to speak clearly in positive or negative situation and to write documents and reports to communicate it to departments / management 
  • Ability to plan and organize the work to reach objectives in a timely manner 
  • Ability to work with integrity and ethically and to cooperate with superiors and subordinates
  • Minimum 6 years of experience
  • Master’s and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • Candidate must be trilingual
