Senior Officer - Islamic Banking Job in Sharjah United Arab Emirates

Position: Senior Officer - Islamic Banking Department: Islamic Banking Location: Head Office - Sharjah
Job Description:

  • Provide information gathered from frontlines and back offices to Line Manager to address gaps in the processes and assist to improve the same on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure daily/weekly Islamic Banking MIS are updated and shared with Line Manager
  • Assist in preparation of confirmations for internal Murabaha and Wakala Treasury confirmations
  • Regular random checks of alternate channels' availability and functionality related to Islamic products
  • Continuous co-ordination with UAB departments and interact with them periodically to evaluate system enhancements and processes

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a related field of study from a recognized institution
  • 2+ years of relevant banking experience
  • Good knowledge of Retail Banking
  • Excellent communications skills
