Business Development Manager- FMCG Technology Solutions Provider Job in London United Kingdom

We are seeking an experienced BDM to maintain customer confidence in services/products and promoting a professional image in the marketplace, gaining new and repeat business, thereby achieving and exceeding the agreed monthly sales and gross profit margin targets. It is essential you have 2-3 years sales experience into the quick service restaurant sector.
Responsibilities –
  • Focus on new customer acquisition within QSR sector, proactively expand customer base across primary geographical markets of UK,
  • Achieve sales goals and report on actuals and forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop and ensure execution of sales strategies and plans in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain contacts within target markets to understand and report on market trends, opportunities, and local conditions.
  • Be responsible for strategic key account management of customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to the Board.
  • Work across teams to successfully win and implement restaurant software with a number of high-profile restaurants.
