We are seeking an experienced recruiter who brings high energy and strategic insight into recruiting our future talent.
You will work on the identification, attraction, sourcing and recruiting of people to join our transforming company.
Your work will have a direct impact on ensuring we are onboarding the right talent into the Group to ensure its continued success in a changing digital landscape.
What you’ll do
- Leverage your deep insights of the recruitment market to define and implement a global recruiting strategy
- Work with our leaders to understand the key requirements for success in our future Digital and Tech hires.
- Work with our HRBPs and Leaders to understand future recruiting needs and identify skills gaps
- Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract excellent candidates
- Continuously and proactively screening and interviewing talent to build pools of talent
- Take full ownership for the Group’s referral program, ensuring awareness and success of the program
- Build strong external networks across all relevant channels
- Create a brand for yourself as our Talent Guru and have a strong market presence to connect with passive talent.
- Attend networking opportunities, events, forums and speaking opportunities
- Support recruiters in suggesting great talent for their open roles
- Collaborating with our marketing and employer branding people to share relevant insights on careers with the Group
- Organise events to build awareness and create interest in joining us.
What you need to succeed in this role
We see success in the role as having a strong knowledge of the current recruiting trends and practices as well as having an excellent candidate relationship approach, someone able to attract and onboard both active and passive talent.
You will need high energy and passion for both our future hire’s careers and the success of the Group and an ability to match those two things.

- You have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and persuade and influence all those around you.
- Previous recruiting experience in Retail, Tech or Digital at a global level and you have a strong network already in place
