Job Position : Receptionist Location : Dubai Industry : Trading Gender : Female Exp : 1 year exp in reception/administration. Duties and Responsibilities: Taking care of Front Office and attending Incoming & Outgoing calls. Always be polite in answering calls and attending visitors. Keep records of all the visitors. Ensure mails are replied on time and letters are drafted correctly. Monitor all the administrative related job and general duties like photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing etc. Setup meetings and arrange conference room accordingly. Provide office orientation for new joiners.
