Credit Specialist Wholesale Banking Location: UAE Job Description: To conduct credit risk analysis on corporate credit proposals for an assigned credit portfolio and recommend appropriate solutions to maintain the quality of the bank s assets, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements. Conduct a detailed risk assessment in accordance with Bank principles for a designated portfolio and recommend to approve/rework and/or reject credit proposals so as to decision quality deals for the bank Capture and categorize capital implications in risk assessment notes associated with each type of asset class to ensure capital adequacy is accurately calculated. Assess loan proposals in the context of the prevailing macro-economic environment in order to reduce the banks exposure to higher risk economic segments. Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in banking. Bachelor s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting Risk Analysis/Assessment Skills Financial Analysis/Assessment Skills Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint)
