Officer- Process Re-Engineering Job in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates

Job Description: To provide Business Process Reengineering (BPR) support to the Bank in order to reduce cost, and achieve Operational efficiency; in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives. Apply Business Process Modelling knowledge to properly map the business processes in a simplified, and easy to understand manner Interact with the Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to clearly understand and document the ‘as is’ processes. Assess current processes ‘as is’, identify weaknesses, propose efficient solutions, and design the ‘to be’ processes in line with the Bank’s policies; to satisfy the Bank’s strategic objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions/reengineered processes, and improve if required. Identify areas for improvement in the Bank’s processes and services. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a subject related to BPR/Quality. Diploma in Total Quality Management is preferred. 3-4 years of experience in the area of BPR preferably in Banking/Financial industry. Good command of English language. Project management and Change Management skills
