My JLT based client is urgently looking for a Customer Experience Manager who is consumer obsessed, super keen to gather feedback from both current customers and those that choose not to use their services to find out why. Candidates need to have the confidence to call and speak to customers, have experience at running an NPS model and the ability to report back on the results and improvements required.
