2. Develop the marketing and Sales plan for the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development
1. Identify the opportunities for the growth of the business and come with ideas and plans with detailed presentations.
2. Developing marketing and sales strategies with sales team for achieving more & more walk-in customers.
3. Developing marketing and sales strategies with the sales team for achieving more & more business-to-business (B2B) customers and sales by targeting big corporate customers.
4. Developing company procedure operation and other actives
5. Prepare yearly;
6. Marketing & sales proposals
7. Set KPIs for the business unit
8. Present monthly report to management for achievement of KPIs.
9. Develop customer service manual
10. Recognize and reach out to clients in businesses.
11. Pitch products and services.
12. Develop presentations.
13. Create and assess a business marketing strategy.
14. Develop competitive pricing strategies.
15. Follow through with customer and ensure satisfaction
16. Oversee service development.
17. Advise businesses on local trends.
18. Anticipate revenues.
19. Demonstrate company products and solutions.
20. Satisfy technical needs during sales cycle.
21. Articulate competitive positioning.
22. Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
23. Follow up with leads aggressively.
24. Solicit feedback on products and services.
