A Leading Real Estate company is looking to hire experienced Property Administrator.
Job Location - Dubai
Nationality - Asians.
Salary -AED 5000

Job Description-
- Manage all aspects of day to day property management across portfolio
- Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Administer contractual agreements and reports
- Liaise with Landlords and Tenants in regards to all aspects of the portfolio
- Arrange and organize all maintenance
- Liaise and delegate with trades for repairs
- Follow up tenant arrears and repairs
- Proactively coordinate rent reviews and lease renewals
- Diary, e- mail & appointment management
- Handle sales administration
- Offering support and organizing in preparation of sales eg styling, gardening, painting
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
- Preparing files for new listings, bookings and preparing documentation

Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or sales admin
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Sound knowledge about Trakheesi, EJARI, RERA rules and regulations.
- Effective MS Office Skills
- Should have valid UAE Driving license.
