Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Maintaining customer service standards
Undertaking administrative tasks – being in touch with suppliers related to BFG – Maintenance contact, Laundry Contact, Water Contact
Converse with Clients to check if they are satisfied with their trainers
Promoting and marketing the business
Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
Maintaining High membership levels
Good Knowledge of the BFG Software system in terms of memberships, sales etc
Handling Staff Roaster
Delegating tasks to team members for job to be done.
