We need a highly professional Customer Service Agent to join our existing teams managing B2B queries.
You will provide a supporting role for the clients in dealing with all kinds of inquiries and challenges originating at the clients end. And then provide a supporting role for the Technical department in dealing with all kinds of customer related technical issues originating at our end.
Responsibilities
- Listen, ask clarifying questions, identify the client enquiries and answer them promptly.
- Respond to the support tickets promptly within the service level agreed time and in a professional manner.
- Diagnose the problem at the client’s end and identify the possible solution(s)
Qualifications
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Ability to use MS Office
