Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Recruitment Analyst to handle a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between managers and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support the daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.
An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.
Following the training sessions, you will also be able to assist the managers in the life cycle recruitment (e.g. onboarding process for new hires and candidate sourcing.)
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our HR department is organized and operates to attract, hire and maintain our employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating all Recruitment & Selection activities (e.g. processing applications, updating a recruitment
- activity spreadsheets, preparation of interview letters and packs, coordinating the scheduling of
- interviews, liaising with line managers and recruitment agencies regarding vacancies).
- Track manpower changes and absenteeism database.
- Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Creating, collating, updating, and utilizing spreadsheets to analyze and trend data.
- Drafting routine correspondence and document templates (e.g., forms, letters, checklists, spreadsheets,
- emails etc.)
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and
- in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.
- Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture
- Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the Line Manager, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.
- Preparing monthly reports
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years proven experience as a Recruiter analyst, HR analyst, staff assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field
- Basic knowledge of labor laws in UAE.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communications skills
