 Personal Assistant job description

  • Acting as first point of contact for the owner/manager
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Reminding the owner/manager of important tasks and deadlines
  • Managing data bases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedure/administrative systems
  • Managing diaries & organising meetings
  • Monitoring and reporting owner’s and manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organising travel and itineraries
  • Assisting the owner/manager with all Trade licensing and other legal paperwork
  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Various ad hoc requests
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the owner/manager

  • Verbal and written English & Arabic articulacy
  • Professional discretion and trustworthiness
  • Efficiency
  • Well-developed time management skills

·      Able to multitask and extremely organised

  • The ability to be proactive and take initiative 
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Background in F&B is a plus
  • Driver’s license and own car is a must
