Personal Assistant job description
- Acting as first point of contact for the owner/manager
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
- Reminding the owner/manager of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing data bases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedure/administrative systems
- Managing diaries & organising meetings
- Monitoring and reporting owner’s and manager’s email and responding if required
- Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
- Answering phone calls
- Organising travel and itineraries
- Assisting the owner/manager with all Trade licensing and other legal paperwork
- Organising and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
- Various ad hoc requests
- Miscellaneous tasks to support the owner/manager
Requirements
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Computer literacy
- Verbal and written English & Arabic articulacy
- Professional discretion and trustworthiness
- Efficiency
- Well-developed time management skills
· Able to multitask and extremely organised
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative
- Strong organisational skills
- Background in F&B is a plus
- Driver’s license and own car is a must
