Personal Assistant to Managing Director Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide secretarial, administrative and personal assistance (Business and private life) to the MD. The Executive Assistant’s responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements and preparing reports. Your main role will be to manage the MD's Agenda, Work and Personal life. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and maintain high level of confidentiality.


  • Educated to degree level – preferably Business Studies
  • A minimum of five to six years PA experience at a senior level
  • Experience of working within an international environment, ideally international organization and/or multinational private sector (trading, banking)
  • Experience of dealing with different time zones

Specific Knowledge/Skills

  •  Excellent typing skills - Excellent computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills – multitasked
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
