What will you do:
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to work as part of a team and to support the business growth’s demand. You will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with local HR and the senior stakeholders in the MEA region, to support them with the delivery of the TA recruitment strategy.
You will be accountable for the delivery of end to end recruitment working closely with your business and local HR team. As such, it would be great if you have experience in working in a fast paced target driven environment and have the ability to execute and develop tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets diversity and our overall recruiting goals. This is a great opportunity ideally for someone with extensive experience in internal recruitment/HR experience. We will support you with the right training and development for your experience to ensure you succeed.
How will you do it:
- Oversee all Talent Acquisition activity within your remit for specific division or countries.
- Tracking of all open requisition and their current hiring status – including interviews, offers and start dates.
- Working as a part of a broader regional team, ensuring TA Management is updated as required.
- Ensure Hiring Managers are aligned and aware of the hiring activities for their open positions with continuous collaboration and communication.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract and engage external talent, including market research and participation in different events within the local community.
- Monitor appropriate activity on Taleo (posting, candidate workflow, status update notes, eOffer). Responsible for ensuring analytics and metrics are accurate.
- Ensure you are providing a best in class candidate experience.
- Continuous collaboration and communication with HR, HRSSC management and business leaders.

- Excellent stakeholder management experience and the ability to advise & influence to ensure the best hiring decisions are made.
- Great communication, organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to drive a customer focused approach
- Successful stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.
- Experience with Taleo (or other ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other direct sourcing tools
- Fluent in written business AraAND Arabic, as well as local language(s) as defined by the remit of the role.
