As a University Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all University Recruitment activities for Leaders throughout the region and University Executives to ensure that Baker Hughes is recognized as an employer of choice for talents who aspire to careers in the energy technology industry.
- Leading a team of Specialists to deliver end-to-end, customer-centric hiring for all university recruits in the region.
- Reviewing and improving end-to-end process to deliver timely and cost effective processes that allow for evidence-based selection decisions to be made.
- Overseeing the management of relationships with the internal teams (Baker Hughes campus teams) to ensure that robust sourcing strategies are developed and deployed for known and anticipated resourcing needs, including participation in career fairs, student societies, diversity events etc.
- Collaborating with colleagues from Total Rewards for salary trend analysis and with Legal/Compliance for employment law
- Providing headcount visibility based on forecasted plans and actual offers accepted by graduates and interns.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Have 8+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, including supervisory experience
- Have excellent English skills, both oral and written
- Be willing to travel internationally when required. Approximately 25%
- Understand and anticipate customer needs and act with urgency
- Be able to lead processes, with minimal supervision, to the satisfaction of the customer
- Have experience in using applicant tracking systems
- Have proven relationship building skills with stakeholders of all levels
- Understand skills and expertise needed for different positions and can effectively evaluate candidates and design recruitment processes
