Artists/Performers travel booking - flights International and Domestic Hotel booking Collating all the necessary documents from the Artists/Performers Visas Airport transfer planning Finding out any F&B requirements and coordinating with the hotel Coordinating with security for high caliber requirements Ensuring all COVID-19 travel restrictions and requirements are recorded and met - including the use of necessary local protocol procedures (e.g Al Hosn, IATA) Cancelling, changing, reissuing flights if required Manage contracts with hotels, airlines and transport companies Attending to complaints or requests Artists/Performers party organization Staff hospitality - accommodation, hotel amenities and F&B Full weekly reporting and updates Managing a team to assist with the above requirements Reporting directly to the Project Lead and Executive Producer REQUIREMENTS: Must be organized Must be able to
