The main responsibilities will be the following: Assessing and processing applications, CoEs and Course Variation requests for prospective and existing APC/EU students Assessing application documentation and providing advice to prospective students, education agents and staff Issuance of Letters of Offer using TEAMS and internal systems Issuance of Confirmations of Enrolment using PRISMS Issuance of Course Variations using TEAMS, internal systems and PRISMS The applicant must possess the following: Native English speaker proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills (or have completed IELTS to the level of 7.5 or equivalent in all academic modules) Exceptional customer service skills Excellent phone manner An eye for detail General administration experience Data entry experience Excellent computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access) The ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure Hi
