The Service Delivery Manager will manage and lead a high-performing team to deliver Arabian Adventures local excursions and experiences. In this role you will establish and guide operational processes focused on employee and customer safety, maintaining cost efficiency and delivering extraordinary levels of customer service. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall Arabian Adventures strategy and targets for revenue growth, profitability and market share. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and drive the long term (2-3 year) plan for the Service Delivery department. Ensure alignment between department strategy and initiatives, Arabian Adventures strategy, and dnata Travel strategy. Develop Business Continuity Plans including emergency response plans and disruption plans in line with guidance from dnata central functions.
