Job Title: Contact Center - Support Executive Location: SAN RAMON, CA Duration: 12+ Months contract Job description: Experience in Contact Center Architecture, Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Documentation, Deployment, Integration, and Maintenance of software components in the area of UCCE/PCCE, CUCM Networking Data & Voice using Java/J2EE technologies. Expertise in UCCE/ICM, CUCM & Routing script. Excellent working knowledge in Cisco UCCE/PCCE, CUCM, IP-IVR & IPCC products. Should have experience in integration and qualification of Nuance with and UCCE. Should be able support various customer related issues w.r.t UCCE, IP-IVR and Peripheral gate way. Exposure Finesse agent desktop. Good Knowledge of using IDE Tools like Source insight, Eclipse, NetBeans, Rational Application Developer(RAD) for CPP & Java/J2EE application development.
