Main Duties and Responsibilities: Manage community relations in order to maintain a positive relationship between the Project and the local communities where construction will be undertaken. Close liaison with counterparts from Operations during Project execution in order to maintain positive relationships with communities at Client operating assets and avoid and/or mitigate impacts to local communities from pipeline and facilities construction activities. Management of Community expectation and local recruitment with the aim of providing maximum benefit to Project Affected Communities and at the same time avoid or mitigate any disruption to construction activities. Supervise Community Liaison Officers (CLOs) on a day-to-day basis to ensure social team activities are being undertaken effectively and that any grievances raised are dealt with appropriately.
