Works closely with all project staff, including project superintendent(s). Management of project budget estimates. Manages project's budget and coordinates any changes with the owner. Manages the contracting process, which includes holding initial scope review meetings. Coordinates and leads a pre-construction meeting with all team members to finalize scope as well as a responsibility matrix for all construction tasks. Builds, maintains and monitors the project schedule, milestone dates, and close-out. Establishes relationships and communication tools as needed with owners, subcontractors and suppliers and other key parties so that all participants understand performance standards and specifications. BS Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
