Service Desk Analyst (Bilingual) Job in Doha Qatar

The candidate must be living in Qatar & have a valid Qatar work experience.
The candidate must be Bilingual: Arabic and English must.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Availability of the Service Desk telephone and email support.
  • High percentage of first contact resolution of clients’ and users’ Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Achieve a set level of first level resolution of clients’ and users’ Incidents and Service Requests.
  • Ability to create work instructions to share acquired knowledge with peers.
  • To work within structured and defined service management practices (Incident, Change, Configuration, Release Management, etc)
  • To work and be measured against strict Service Level Agreements
  • Provide clients and users with clear, concise updates in relation to their Incidents and requests.
  • Ability to work in all possible shifts.
  • Support in resolution of client related incidents
  • Support continuous communication with all clients on the status of their Service Requests
  • Maintain technical compliance with all business directions and standards
Skills
Key Skills:
  • At least 1 year support of Cisco IPT systems.
  • Experience with HP Service Manager
  • Operational experience in maintaining complex IT environments.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification: Post-secondary education in IT or related field
Certifications:
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified
  • MCITP (Microsoft) Certified and CCNA/CCNP
Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years (at least 3 – 4 years within Qatar)

Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with Cassia’s recruitment consultants to thoroughly understand the client’s needs and specific job vacancies.
  • Create an effective and detailed job description for each of the job vacancies provided by the recruitment consultants
  • Review the current candidate database for possible matches for the new job vacancies
  • Post the job vacancy advertisements on Cassia’s recruitment management software, website, multiple job portal platforms, social media and any other provided channels.
  • Collaborate with Cassia’s marketing team to create effective job vacancy advertisements
  • Perform preliminary basic screening on candidates who applied for the new job vacancies
  • Contact candidates to reference check their information, interest, and availability
  • Constantly maintain a clean and organized job vacancy and candidate database using Cassia’s recruitment management software
  • Closely collaborate with Cassia’s recruitment consultants to ensure timely sourcing of matching candidates.
  • Continuously research and discover new methods of promoting job vacancies and attracting potential candidates
  • Constantly look for ways to improve the process and reduce the time-to-hire metric.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer service and professionalism while interacting with candidates, partners, and colleagues.
  • Be creative, think outside of the box, while meeting and exceeding the expectations and responsibilities of the job.
