The Manager Human Resources and Quality leads and manages the human resource and quality functions in NAPHL providing:
- High-level human capital management, advice and leadership of all related Human Resource (HR) functions.
- Direction to set, progress and maintain the goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to quality, safety, governance and knowledge.
Do you have:
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification and significant management experience and aptitude in effectively providing leadership, direction and support to multi faceted teams.
- Demonstrated first class organisational skills in a complex and dynamic environment with the proven ability to prioritise and coordinate a variety of tasks to meet competing and/or tight deadlines.
- Record of achievement in driving continuous improvement and change management to achieve excellence in service delivery.
- Demonstration of best human capital management practices with sucessful experince in leading negotiations and providing expert advice.
- Knowledge and understanding of recognised quality frameworks, systems and standards.
- Membership of appropriate Professional Institutions.
