Role Description:  
  • Effectively manage and execute assigned project(s).
  • Define, develop and execute integrated project plan 
  • Negotiate with various departments for matrixed resources and form project team.
  • Lead all phases of projects, from concept through deployment
  • Ensure project deliverables are aligned with Published release calendar.
  • Effectively communicate project status, recommend actions and determine priorities with the Business and IT stakeholders.
  • Establish appropriate project control, processes, standards and procedures.
  • Manage, negotiate and act as liaison with KPIT, strategic partners, vendors, contractors, consultants, and other resources contributing to the success of all assigned projects. • Identify and manage risks and issues, including the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation plans. • Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, team members, strategic partners and vendors. • Utilize project release management tools, techniques and processes. • Resolve conflict and difficult situations, apply sound business and technical judgment to keep assigned projects moving forward, timely, correctly, while maintaining a high sense of team spirit and cohesiveness. • Monitor progress of assigned projects, ensure adherence to their charter, IT principals and standards, and intervene in case of scope change, or pending failure. • Anticipate and prevent potential problems, resolve issues as they arise and escalate critical problems to senior management as necessary. • Familiarity with Pega PRPC Call center applications and process flows. • Familiarity with managing SOA interfaces including composite services , Datapower proxies. • Familiarity with AIX, RHEL, WAS, Oracle infrastructure upgrades.. • Experience working with various matrix teams who will be responsible for providing interfaces needed to be consumed in call center application.

  • Experience (Years)          10 & Above
  • Strong Project Release Management skills with experience managing multiple tracks and simultaneous implementations - Strong experience in Lead Level Releases, Change Management and Deployment with Pega PRPC hand-on experience, solid understanding of AIX, RHEL, Oracle, WAS, F5, network technology components. - Must have PEGA PRPC hand-on experience. - Experience with developing comprehensive implementation plans which cover multiple changes. - Good working knowlege with Pega PRPC, Oracle DB, WAS, middleware and SOA/web interfaces - Strong written and verbal communication - Experience in managing development for complex applications on time and within budget - Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced software development environment - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of tools - Vendor Management experience (ability to manage Customer’s System Integrator to get work done)

  • Establish and maintain technical relationships between various stakeholders across multiple work groups to enhance existing call center site functionalities and troubleshoot issues that arise before/during/after deployment - Act as the single point for contact for work intake and management - Assist in status collection and reporting to management in a regular/adhoc basis - Create, manage, and update work plans, ensure resources are executing tasks to plan and report status on progress/risks/issues - Communicate specifications and guidelines to ensure multiple simultaneous and inter-dependent deployments are managed well - Excellent PowerPoint and MS Project skills
