As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for generating outbound and following up inbound leads and closing new business.
Objective Connect is a fast growing Microsoft technology partner within the cloud software space and we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager that is ready to increase their experience in enterprise software sales with some game changing fast paced deals.
-Lead and build the full sales life cycle generating leads and closing business opportunities – all transactional sales.
-Contribute to the development of the platform based on market observations
-Maintain accurate sales data in salesforce.com.
-Work with the product marketing manager on defining and executing lead generation campaigns
-Give presentations and product demos to support sales cycles
-Generate brand awareness, lead generation and maintain solid opportunity conversion rates.
-Sales experience in SAAS or Enterprise cloud solutions, 4+ years with deal profiles of minimum of $20,000/$30,000 per sale.
-Track record of consistently meeting sales targets by building, maintaining and closing a strong sales pipeline.
-Great presentation skills with ability to persuade and influence at all levels within an organisation.
-Relationship Sales is a given, but a hard worker who can challenge the status quo.
-High energy, innovative and a positive attitude all mandatory
-A technical background understanding software would be a plus.
