The Marketing Coordinator works to execute marketing initiatives for all brands, working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Project management for the Marketing team, ensuring marketing projects are completed on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality
- Owns marketing point of sale materials, from development to execution - working with Marketing to develop tools that bring brand initiatives to life at the account level, working with Sales to ensure their timely and efficient delivery, and tracking their execution and sales impact
- Coordinates internal resources and external agency resources on advertising, PR, events, digital and social media, and trade marketing
- Works closely with Operations on sales tracking and distributor tracking, evaluating the wider team's performance of executing marketing initiatives
- Manages key brand assets and organizes successful implementation in the field, including our distillers and celebrity partners
- Processes marketing-related accounting and invoicing with Accounts Payable
- General support of the Marketing team's day to day responsibilities
