URGENTLY looking for a Budget Manager with Construction or O&G background for my client in the Construction industry! Candidate must have a lot of experience of working together with Project Manager's with Bid estimates and developed budgets for projects in the past. FRENCH SPEAKER PREFERRED (not a must, but preferred). Candidate needs to be based in Dubai already with a very short (or no) notice! Up to 35k single status for the right candidate.
