As an events coordinator/specialist you will be truly focused on relationship building and being a customer service sensation. Your challenge:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients to ensure the brief and budgets are understood, logistically sound and met. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders including kitchen and operational teams. 
  • Work with speed and attention to detail, responding to all client enquiries professionally, in a timely manner and within agreed timelines.
  • Implement and facilitate customer/event specific systems and processes to ensure effectiveness and accuracy throughout the event. 
  • Manage events under your direction and be accountable for the brief, budgets and logistics of the events to ensure its success. 
  •  Manage relationships and overcome problems with empathy
  • Deliver the brand experience from the moment of the first enquiry

What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 2-years in an events, managerial based role.  
  • Drive and passion to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work varying shifts and weekends as required
