As an events coordinator/specialist you will be truly focused on relationship building and being a customer service sensation. You have an inherent passion for bringing dreams into reality and managing successful events going that extra mile for our clients, obliterating any hurdles that may come your way with a good sprinkling of problem solving and empathy.

Your challenge:
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients to ensure the brief and budgets are understood, logistically sound and met.
- Work with internal stakeholders including kitchen and operational teams.
- Work with speed and attention to detail, responding to all client enquiries professionally, in a timely manner and within agreed timelines.
- Implement and facilitate customer/event specific systems and processes to ensure effectiveness and accuracy throughout the event.
- Manage events under your direction and be accountable for the brief, budgets and logistics of the events to ensure its success.
- Manage relationships and overcome problems with empathy
- Deliver the brand experience from the moment of the first enquiry

What you'll bring:
- Minimum 2-years in an events, managerial based role.
- Drive and passion to provide exceptional customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving and complaint resolution skills
- A great attitude, ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to work varying shifts and weekends as required
- Proficient with computer systems and admin
