Account Manager - Personal & Home Care Job in New Delhi India

Summary of Responsibilities:
To develop and grow the Personal & Home Care business of Lubrizol by being aware of customer needs.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Assist the sales and market development activities to promote growth of the business for assigned accounts and territories.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to achieve assigned volume/value growth
  • Foster and grow the appropriate business relationships both internally and externally.
  • Develop and implement aggressive sales plans at the territory and account level.
  • Effectively communicate with internal R&D, Marketing, and Operations group.
  • Create and implement account plans that are well aligned with the business strategy.

Skills, Qualifications, Experience, Special Physical Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical or related science with 3-5 years of professional sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the personal and home care market.
  • External customer relations experience in sales, customer service, or technical service.
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Presentation and computer skills.
