USPS is seeking a Customer Payment Technologies Specialist at HQ in Washington, DC.
Manages projects and conducts complex analysis in support of strategies, policies, programs and systems for customer payments including electronic and card-based options; oversees and analyzes postal initiatives that utilize customer payments to ensure optimal cash management, security, efficiency, cost effectiveness, and customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to analyze and interpret card brand mandates and NACHA policies
sufficient to determine applicability to the organization, update policy and provide policy-related guidance. Knowledge of rules, regulations and data security standards for card associations and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions sufficient to determine applicability to the organization, and recommend and communicate policy changes.
