About the Role :-
Terrigal Pacific Coastal Retreat is looking for a new Full Time Member to add to their small and friendly team. We have some flexibility with hours if needed
As our Front Office/Receptionist you will need to be fully efficient with office procedures within our Industry. Some knowledge of banking and accounts would be an advantage and proficient in an accommodation booking system essential
Duties and Responsibilities :-
  • Inputting of bookings daily - see below skills
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors to front desk: directing and announcing them appropriatley
  • Answering of phones and multi tasking booking via phone and emails
  • Familiar with Central Coast to help our guest with "where to go" etc
  • Have your own car and Drivers Licience
Skills and Experience :-
  • MUST have experience in using Accommodation Booking system Our system is Hirum but any Accommodation or Real Estate booking system is acceptable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
  • Proven work experience as Front Office and reception
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Ability to work unsupervised with multitasking and time management
