Must have 8+ years of software development experience with minimum 5 year experience in CA IDM

Should have architected major CA IDM development projects

Experienced in leading development teams, overall architecture and design

Must have Experience in Java/J2EE development

CA IDM implementation and configuration experience would be added advantage

Strong Policy Express, Bulk Load / TEWS interface, LAH, BLTH

Experience in IDM Sigma is a must

UI customization experience on IDM

Must possess experience in Weblogic

Connector Xpress Knowledge and custom connector development knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication is must

Preferred Certifications: CISSP, TOGAF, CISM
