Your role will involve everything from the receiving and sending of products and parts, as well as answering customer queries over phone and email, maintaining databases and supporting our friendly service and sales staff.
Working in a small team, you will be highly motivated to get the job done and you’ll also have excellent time management. You aren’t precious about sticking to exactly what’s on your job description either – being a small office, it would great to see you roll your sleeves up and help out in other areas when things get busy.
You have a very high level of customer service, with exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal - and an understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping. If you can speak fluent German that would be an added bonus (as the Head Offices for both businesses are located in Germany), but it’s not a deal breaker. We also don’t expect anyone to have a working knowledge of our products, so you will receive training where required.
