You will be responsible for the effective administration of the program, required to assist the program director/lead and team in their day-to-day tasks, arrange meetings, organise ERAFs and other required documents/approvals, maintain effective RAID registers and other required documents in G-suite.
The key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Teams across all program workstreams (up to 14 workstreams)
- Examples of these workstreams would be; procurement stream, financial analytics stream, products and technical stream, program stream, legal and regulatory stream
- Responsible for the risk logs, helping to put together program meetings, taking minutes, other general admin duties across multiple work stream teams.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience supporting large, complex programs
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
- Systems Experience: Trello, MS Office and Google Suit. Jira, Confluence, RM8 desirable
