Mandatory Technical Skills           Expert level skills on TIBCO Business Events 
Expert level skills with TIBCO tool set that includes TRA, BW, Designer, Hawk, Admin, Adapters (CICS, MQ, ADB, File), RV, EMS
Expert level skills with TIBCO EMS tool (includes topics, queues, bridges, MQ-JMS communication, MQ-JMS communication, etc.)    
Exposure to non-integration suite of tools from TIBCO like TIBCO Business Events        
Strong working knowledge on Fail-over and load balancing concepts in TIBCO environment  
Strong working knowledge on TIBCO Admins, scripts, deployments, debugging features, security certs.  
Exposure to TIBCO infra in terms of planning and sizing   
Strong knowledge on SOA framework, webservices   
Experience of working with SQL and databases, e.g. Oracle
Working knowledge of one or more modern programming languages (C#, Visual Basic, Java, C++)    
Desirable Technical Skills                Analytical problem solver with good communication (oral and written)
Performs with a strong sense of professionalism and tact. Must be able to communicate effectively to IT and Business   
Self-motivated and goal oriented individual. Demonstrated record of initiative, adaptability and decision making   
Must have the ability to work individually and as part of a technical team   
Proven ability to seek out and solve problems; go beyond the obvious to gain insight into areas which have broader impact on the company's overall performance            
Strong project management skills and solid team-player

Strong understanding of web application testing technologies, methods, and techniques
