The Talent Advisor will help architect and build a world-class Customer Experience Technology Team. The ideal person understands hiring for all levels, as well as the challenges of recruiting top talent in the Chicago Metro Area.

The Right Candidate
  • You must have 5-7 years of in-house recruiting of Technical positions: Technical Development, Java, etc
  • You have a successful track record recruiting product roles. You hire top talent, fast.
  • You don't need to rely on "perks" to recruit. You have the recruiting chops to leverage the product, culture, and the mission of the company to attract the right talent for your roles.
  • Tact, diplomacy and extreme professionalism are a way of life for you when dealing with sensitive situations such as turning candidates down or dealing with difficult personalities.
