Hiring Assistant Manager- Collections Policy & Strategy for Karachi.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively monitors portfolio performance through timely analysis & assessment of various collection performance MIS
- Ensure regulatory compliance & policy/process adherence
- Reduce process gaps via effective process engineering
- Identify & implement best practices in collections / recovery through regular research, training & monitoring
- Assist in Collections & Recovery quarterly cost monitoring, analysis & regular monitoring of operational capacity & corresponding planning.
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA or equivalent
- 2 to 3 years of experience within the same area
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Able to manage and lead initiatives independently
