 A Luxury Retail organization is looking for a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to the Director.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and self-confident in managing a varied workload from multiple inputs. The candidate will also bring a positive attitude and thrive in a role where their work supporting others up-levels the entire team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
  • Establish and maintain strong communication links with business leadership, internal and external customers, and colleagues
  • Create high quality, creative graphic PowerPoint presentations, assist with preparation of charts and materials
  • Organize/maintain an efficient filing system for correspondence records, reference data, reports, and sensitive documents
  • Take minutes of meetings; provide, update information through various channels
  • Prepare and process expense reports; ensure timely submissions
  • Answer, screen and transfer calls; provide information by phone, e-mails, or in person in timely manner

About You

  • Exceptional attention to detail, fantastic organizational skills, and consistent follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly resourceful, team-player, self-directed
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting C level executives/senior leaders
  • 2+ years experience supporting C level executives or senior leaders on a global capacity
