Real Estate Rent Executive / Customer Service Agent

Location: Sharjah, Al Nahda

Responsibilities


  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Performs activities relating to inbound calls and/or emails from tenants, vendors, potential tenants regarding company rental information, questions and concerns daily
  • Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents and ensure applicants fulfill their registering obligation.
  • Prepare Department Leasing Reports, weekly leasing status reports, and others.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the daily Leasing cycle for new and renewing tenants.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Provides accurate and timely assistance to the caller and documents activity in CRM database, ensuring proper call handling and follow up as needed
  • Supports department by performing administrative assistance such as filing, faxing and report generation
  • Supports team by attending meetings
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

 

Requirements

  • Articulate in Arabic and English
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Understanding of how CRM systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
