What you’ll do


As an ATPM, you will work closely with the software development and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products to improve the seller experience. You will collaborate with the product teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. You will work with all the stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure the timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones. Successful candidates will have a technical background, be detailed driven and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You should not only be passionate about delivering extensible, on-time solutions, but should also be obsessed with contributing to the development of high-performance teams through rigorous goal-setting, disciplined attention to performance metrics, continuous process improvement, and mentorship.

● You will investigate solutions to complex seller-related problems, design solutions, and work closely with the Engineering team to implement them.

● You will work closely with business teams, technical teams, and operational teams alike.

● You'll need to work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically, and have a strong bias for action.

● You will instill best practices for software development and documentation, assure that the designs meet requirements, and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.

What you’ll need:


● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.

● 2+ years of Asst. Product Manager/Asst. Technical Program Management experience for client-facing internet-related software applications/tools.

● Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines.

● Experience in researching and defining integrations between multiple systems.

● Experience in building processes, project management, and software development release schedules.

● Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with both technical and non-technical individuals.

● Hands-on experience with agile or other program management methodologies.
