Key Responsibilities: Assist the PRO team in coordination with employees- new joiners and existing for Medicals, Emirates ID process Align with vendors- typing center, transportation companies and medical centers for visa process Support offboarding team for all exists with clearances Align with PRO team for new joiners and exits Support PRO team with updates on tracker & HRMS system Support PRO team with employee communication for new and renewal of employment visas and work permits Support PRO team with medical and emirates ID scheduling with typing and medical center Ensure compliance with UAE labor law Ad-hoc support to the HR team and employees with projects, activities or tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline 2 - 5 years’ experience within HR People Operations in UAE Basic UAE Labor Law knowledge Basic knowledge of applying for visas via the Immigration portal- would be ideal but not mandatory Ability to prepare DHA applications
