Other Requirements and Skills:

•Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from accredited university, MSEE preferred.
• 6 - 8 years of cumulative experience in power engineering studies and design experience in Industrial projects. This position is a senior or staff level position depending on qualifications and/or experience. This person will be in a technical leadership role to mentor and coach other engineers.
•Prefer EIT or ability to obtain PE within a reasonable period.
•Engineering experience in a Consulting Engineering firm would be a strong asset.
•Experience with electric power systems, short-circuit, protective coordination, load flow,motor starting, arc flash hazard analysis.
•Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills. Inter-personal skills are also essential in order to maintain the strong team atmosphere that currently exists within our group.
•Excellent problem resolution skills.
•Ability to interpret basic front elevation, one-line, and schematic drawings.
•Must be well organized, strong computer skills with AutoCAD, MS Office, Visio, Adobe, Microsoft Office suite, Power point, etc.
