Responsibilities:
Develop best practice approaches in defining a strategy for SharePoint solutions and guide other common tasks like solution migration across SharePoint versions.
Develop the conceptual SP 2010/2013 enterprise solution architecture and identify gaps/overlaps between the as-is and to-be SharePoint environments by process/function.
Implementing and configuring both third-party  and indigenously built  SharePoint based solutions.-
Design & develop web based solutions for business needs using SharePoint technologies.-
Create project artifacts such as functional specification, technical specifications, database designs, etc. using industry standard tools (Visio, Erwin etc. )-
Communicate clearly and inclusively at all levels within Enterprise.-
Coordinate with and support SharePoint users and local business area site administrators.-
Monitor and identify issues regarding compliance with SP standards.-
Share knowledge with and mentor others to create additional SP focused resources

Additional Comments - Nice to have qualifications:

SharePoint 2013 authentication, in regards to migrating from legacy versions specifically (2003, 2007, 2010)
Several SharePoint migrations; execution, testing, and remediation, preferably 2013
SharePoint Cross-Farm (Federated) Services Architecture-
If possible: Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS), preferably 3.0-
Good understanding and strong working knowledge of OOTB (Out Of The Box) functionality  and configuration of SharePoint platform.
Good understanding of the building blocks of SharePoint (IIS, ASP.NET, Virtual Directories, Active Directory).-
Working knowledge and experience with coding custom SharePoint 2010/2013 Web Parts and configuring SharePoint features to business needs.-
Strong ability to design & develop web based solutions for business needs using SharePoint technologies, C#, ASP.NET 3.5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, XML technologies, T-SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Windows Services and Web Services. A good understanding of SharePoint’s advanced features, like Business Intelligence, FAST Search  will be a huge plus.  -
Proven success in designing SharePoint application architecture for projects spanning business units, involving multiple resource pools, detailed understanding of SharePoint 2010 and 2013 platform, full SDLC experience.

Must have excellent customer-facing, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem solving, excellent report writing and presentation skills. The applicant must also show self-motivation, commitment and flexibility. Also important is the ability to adapt readily to fast paced change and the willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.  -
MCSD/ MCSE SharePoint certification is desirable.

Job Description:
The PeopleSoft Specialist will work closely with New York Health Marketplace (HX) program staff and other stakeholders to define and develop requirements for the HX Financial Management (FM) project. The Specialist will apply a wide range of expert knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for the HX, and to configure the FM software according to stakeholder needs.

Specific duties include:
- Daily work in PeopleSoft financial modules
- Assist with development and deployment of training material for end users
- Support the PeopleSoft Financials 9.1 application with a focus on the AR/Billing/AP/GL modules.
- Deep daily PeopleSoft Financials work in Functional areas detailed in requirements.
- Guides the project with the most effective solution available for complex business requirements
- Identify and document status updates, issues, risks, actions, and decisions and report to the project CFO

Required Skills:
- At least 84 months  of recent continuous hands on experience using PeopleSoft Query manager
- At least 84 months of hands on, daily, continuous experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.0, 9.1 or higher application and must include but is not limited the following modules: AR/Billing/AP/GL.
- At least 84 months of experience creating test scenarios from business and technical requirements and building detailed test plans and presenting these plans to large groups.
- At least 24 months of hands on health care experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.0, 9.1 or higher version. must include but is not limited the following modules: AR/Billing/AP/GL.
- At least 12 months in Public Sector Peoplesoft Financials experience
