Paid Search Executive (PPC, SEM, Google Ads) Job in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia

What you’ll do

Manage Large-Scale Paid Search Campaigns:

Take ownership of all aspects of campaign management for your paid search accounts to meet or exceed forecasts and goals. Scaling accounts where available while maintaining the agreed CPA
Manage and optimise assigned paid search accounts derived from best practice guidelines, including structure changes, bid management, bid strategy implementation and keyword analysis
Work closely with the global acquisition team and external agency to assist with the optimisation of paid search accounts
Budget management of assigned accounts to ensure spends are paced evenly
Increasing conversion rates and quality scores through continuous testing and optimisation of ad and landing page creative
Construction of tailored ad creative, and landing pages through our content management system Sitecore

What you’ll bring


Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or similar in marketing / advertising is advantageous

Knowledge, skills, experience

Minimum two years’ experience working on complex and large scale paid search accounts either agency or client side using Google and Bing Ads (Specifically, on accounts with significant budgets)
Experience working with analytics, tag management and bid management platforms
A strong track record of scaling paid search accounts while maintaining efficient CPA’s
Experience using bid management platforms such as Search Ads 360 or similar
Experience troubleshooting and resolving campaign performance issues within search accounts and platform tracking issues
Ability to manage large monthly media budgets

What you’ll be doing



Ensuring the product roadmap achieves the maximum value for our business, clients, and customers, through:


Creating and owning the product roadmap
Ensuring a clear understanding of the market, competitors, and our clients and customers
Working with Marketing and strategy & execution teams to ensure the roadmap is aligned with strategic and marketing priorities
Ensuring that appropriate contracts, documentation, and processes are in place for our APIs
Supporting the product development process and working with the scrum teams during development, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint retrospective, stakeholder and final acceptance and documentation

IT Helpdesk Officer (Customer Service) Job in Melbourne Australia

The IT Helpdesk Officer will focus heavily on customer service to support the various racing applications used within the business. The role will be diverse, showcasing your exceptional customer service and strong time management skills.
You will be required to work as part of an overlapping shift (likely to be afternoon/early evening - up to 8pm), including a weekend roster. This is a full-time role. 
Duties will include, but not limited to the following responsibilities;
  • Managing and responding to Racing Australia Helpdesk and Customer Service requests by phone and email.
  • Responsibility for monitoring and processing of Racing Materials and other Racing Products to our Commercial and Subscriber customers.
  • Manage support requests from the Principal Racing Authorities, Race Clubs and Industry Participants.
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with both internal and external Racing Australia Customers.
  • Logging and resolving requests in the IT support 'ticketing' system (Jira Service Desk)
  • Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment (Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Networking, etc.)
  • Using your proactive mindset to identify areas for improved efficiency and a better way for completing tasks
  • Assisting with PC and computer hardware set up
  • Connecting users to networks and providing initial training and ongoing support
  • Staying up to date with technology changes and updates as well as keeping track of IT assets 
  • Work on production support and support application that runs 24 x 7
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level IT technical support face to face, remotely, via email and phone.
