Risk Manager Job in Manama Bahrain

Job Description: This is a high stake role where the incumbent works with the Chief Executive Officer to ensure that all types of risks of the Company are well articulated and addressed through various mechanisms including but not limited to policies, procedures, internal guidelines, and reportings. To develop an operational risk appetite, operational risk limit, operational risk ratios for all the departments. Senior IT Technical Support Specialists Jobs in Manama Bahrain

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required. 
MCSA: Office 365 is recommended.


At least three (3) years of experience in providing IT\Desktop support. 
At least One (1) year experience in troubleshooting “Entrust Datacard” CD800 & SP75 Plus ID Card Printers is recommended. 
Managing End-users through centralized management solution (CA Client Automation) is recommended. 
Very well experience in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy & Exchange Administration. 
Very well experience in managing DHCP Server. 
Very well experience in managing Print Server. 
Very well experience in managing File Server (Network shares and permissions).
Very well experience in Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 Administration.


Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure and Desktop support. 
Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills. 
Have clear and effective written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work well individually and in a team. 
Ability to prioritise workload. 
Ability to stick to strict deadlines. 
Fluently read, write and speak English.

General Roles and Responsibilities 

Installing, managing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all hardware, such as computers - Desktops, Laptops, IP Telephony, Tablets, and Peripherals (Printers, Scanners, Multi-Functions, Optical Drives, and PDAs...etc.). 
Installing, managing, maintaining ID Card Printers\Kiosks in all ID Card branches including other related peripherals and systems. 
Installing, maintaining, & troubleshooting all software and applications used in the organization. 
Set up & configure new IP phones and maintain company phone directory in Cisco Unified Call Manager. 
Analyze and troubleshoot any network related issues. 
Installing, Configuring and Upgrading of Operating Systems on workstations 
Managing Active Directory, Group Policies, Network shares & Print Servers 
Creation of users, distribution groups, contacts & email accounts. 
Maintain IT assets in the inventory & coordinate with Administration department on the movement of Computers, Peripherals and related equipment’s 
Determining and preparing hardware equipment that needs to be replaced and ensuring that all equipment that is disposed of was properly checked and stripped of critical company information 
Day-to-day operation and maintenance of the IT support; this includes preventive maintenance. 
Deployment of applications, OS remotely through centralized Client Management Solution. 
Preparing of purchase orders for all IT-devices that are managed by the department and negotiating with suppliers as part of procurement processes. 
Benchmarking End-users PCs.
Develops and maintain scheduled and upon requests technical & operational documentation and reports of the department. 
Additional tasks to be assigned to the resources upon request of their manager that are related to the department.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Product Specialist/Business Analyst in an eCommerce environment
  • 2+ years specializing in online hotel product space
  • Business Analysis – Ability to understand key business drivers of an OTA and estimate the impacts of potential changes in key areas including fare pricing, traffic mix, website design, etc. Ability to rapidly diagnose and correct declines in website performance KPIs.
  • Implementation and Results Focus - Must be extremely disciplined in balancing multiple projects and delivering results in fast moving, matrixed environment. Comfortable with agile product methodology/scrum, 2 week sprint cycles, user stories, story points, and phased implementations.
  • Technical Product Design – Ability to translate complex business concepts into simple technical solutions which can be implemented by software developers. Possess a passion for delighting the user with innovative solutions, while meeting supplier and company needs.
  • Stakeholder Management – Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships internally and externally to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and deliver business results.
  • Localization – Skilled in customizing websites to appeal in GCC markets; including language translation, intuitive website designs, seasonal marketing programs, etc.

Cyber Security Architect Job in Manama Bahrain

Job Description
 The primary role of this position is to support the Head of Group Information Security in developing, maturing and maintaining the Bank’s Cybersecurity architecture; leading or assisting in the creation, implementation and management of CyberSecurity solutions; implementing, monitoring, and maintaining CyberSecurity operational processes; and producing reports for the assessment and functioning of security operations.

In addition, the position provides full support to the Head of Group Information Security in managing the day-to-day security-related activities and supporting all operational security positions. The Job holder will deputise as required for the Heads of department. The position is responsible for management and distribution of the security policies, policy adherence, and information security coordination.

The job holder has direct responsibility for the CyberSecurity architecture, including conducting product testing and assessing the impact of security vulnerabilities in the Banks’ IT environment. Under general supervision the job holder will help the Group Information Security Officer to develop a comprehensive oversight capability that will enable clear understanding and escalation of the Bank’s Cyber risk and security posture.
The role supports the broad spectrum of CyberSecurity responsibilities from technical aspects, process requirements, framework compliance oversight, and tracking of action plan performance. The role also assists the team and other personnel to perform forensic analysis and incident handling. Manages the scope, schedule and other resources that may be required to deploy the Information Security program through the Group. Travel may be required. Performs other related work as required by the Head of Department.

- Strong knowledge of the NIST CyberSecurity framework and the financial services Info and CyberSecurity requirements in UK, US and Singapore.
- Display strong knowledge of Networks, firewalls and perimeter security.
- Have held a team-lead position; preferably within the Information Security space.
- Strong knowledge of forensic investigations, incident management and ethical hacking.
-Strong portfolio and project management skills.
- Display good knowledge of the 10 recognized information security domains: Access Controls, Application Security, Cryptography, Risk Management, Compliance and Investigations, Operations Security, Physical Security, Security Architecture and Telecommunications.
- Display knowledge of IT processes: application development, change and release management, incident and problem management, software asset management, IT risk management, security management, data management.
- Education / Certifications University Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Sciences from an accredited instiution
